You could say that Mandolin Estates (and Reserve) is secluded because this neighborhood is often perceived to be tucked inside of Westchase. However, Mandolin Estates (and Reserve) is actually outside of Westchase located north on Countryway Blvd, and then east on Citrus Park Drive. As you can see from the figures above, Mandolin Estates home values have dropped quite a bit, but great deals can be found for Buyers. Mandolin Estate homes are a bit more expensive, and bigger on average than those in Mandolin Reserve.
