Waterchase

The village of Waterchase in northwest Tampa is accented by cascading waterfalls and tropical flowers at the entrance of the 485-acre community.

The community features six distinctive villages, each bearing its own unique architectural style with homes priced from the low $300s to over $1 million.

Contemporary homes feature woodland or lake views. Among the features of traditional homes are front porches. Townhomes feature concrete-tile roofs and two-car garages. Estate homes are offered on oversized homesites.
